Mittlerer Körper, rotbeeriger Touch, frisch, zarte Fruchtsüße, elegant und mit einer gewissen Leichtfüßigkeit ausgestattet, ein harmonischer, unkomplizierter Speisenbegleiter.

A blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc, the 2023 Clos de l'Oratoire reveals aromas of dark berries, spices, fresh licorice and creamy, toasty new oak. Medium- to full-bodied, it is rich and concentrated, firm and structured, with good depth at the core, concluding with a long, lead-pencil-inflected finish.

Flowers, black raspberries, incense, and licorice fill the nose. On the palate, the wine is supple, creamy, fresh, and vibrant. The fruits show the influence of the Cabernet Franc with their spice, and floral edge. There is lift to the sweet, ripe, round berries on the mid-pa late, and in the finish. The wine blends 75% Merlot, with 25% Cabernet Franc. 13.5% ABV. Drink from 2027-2042. 93-95 Pts.
