Verkostnotiz Decanter:Dried herbs and red fruit on the palate, a soft florality too. Punchy and fun, playful even, great mouthfeel and sense of energy straight away. Gorgeous acidity that is tinged with sweetness so you get mouthwatering aspects as well as s feeling of plumpness but ends quite straight and well defined. So drinkable. A fabulous wine that is giving everything you want right now.

The blackberries and blackcurrants show through beautifully, together with very integrated tannins. Dense and textured. Transparent. Graphite coming through. Second wine of Montrose. 61% merlot, 32% cabernet sauvignon, 5% petit verdot and 2% cabernet franc.
