Verkostnotiz Falstaff:Tiefdunkles Rubingranat, opaker Kern, violette Reflexe, zarte Randaufhellung. Reife Cassis, schwarze Kirschen, Cabernet-Bukett, feine Kräuterwürze ist unterlegt. Gute Komplexität, dunkle Beeren, Nugat, feste, tragende Tannine, Röstaromen im Abgang, besitzt Länge und Potenzial.
Verkostnotiz Suckling:
This is really structured and tannic, but the phenolics are very polished and creamy. You smell blackcurrants and minerals with fresh herbs, such as thyme and bay leaf. It's medium-bodied with firm, polished tannins and a long, intense finish. This will age beautifully. Excellent value for a cellar-worthy wine. 55% cabernet sauvignon, 42% merlot and 3% petit verdot. Wait until 2030 for this to soften.

Licorice, flowers, tobacco leaf, cedar and blackberries, and spearmint form the nose. The medium-bodied palate is loaded with currants, blackberries, wet earth, and savory herbs, with a hint of olives on the fresh, chewy backend. The wine blen ds 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot and 3% Petit Verdot, 14% ABV, 3.85 pH. Drink from 2025-2042.
